Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using ChuniMaru, including account use, sync features, and the limits of this unofficial, non-commercial fan project.
Unofficial Service
ChuniMaru is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project created for personal and community use. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by SEGA.
Acceptable Use
- Use the service in a lawful and responsible way.
- Do not try to abuse, disrupt, or overload the site or its sync features.
- Do not use ChuniMaru to impersonate other users or access data you are not allowed to use.
Accounts and Sync
You are responsible for how you use your account and any optional sync or import features. Sync and import features are offered for convenience and community use, at your own choice and responsibility. If upstream services such as CHUNITHM-NET change their behavior, some features may stop working or produce incomplete data.
Ownership and Copyright
Game-related names, art, music, charts, trademarks, and other CHUNITHM materials shown or referenced by ChuniMaru are owned or copyrighted by SEGA or their respective owners. For official information, see the CHUNITHM site and the music list below.
Availability
ChuniMaru is provided as-is. The service may change, break, pause, or disappear at any time, and availability is not guaranteed.
No Warranty and Limited Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChuniMaru is provided without warranties. The operator is not responsible for lost data, inaccurate data, sync failures, account issues, or other damages resulting from use of the service.
Rights Holder Requests
ChuniMaru aims to respect SEGA and other rights holders. If any rights holder objects to any content, feature, or presentation, the operator may remove, restrict, or modify it at any time without notice.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued use of ChuniMaru after updates means you accept the revised terms.
